This is my first post in the new avatar.
I will try to post on topics which catch my fancy.
This post is on primary Aluminium capacities coming up in the Middle east and Iran region.
According to information, at least 4 million would be the total capacity in this
region alone in the next three years.
I was wondering what is the critical success factor to succeed for all these companies considering all these guys have excess energy (gas) and deep (bulging) pockets.
My view is it will come down to just people and processes (process means - not production process alone, but could be issue like to time to respond to a customer query)
